Stick (see not below*. Also it is always a good idea to have at least two sticks that you can use well. They do break)
Cup/Jock (optional but highly recommended)

Water Bottle (required at all workouts, practices, and games)
Goalies (email me directly if you are interested in trying out goalie).
*All players are required to own their equipment. I have some loaner gear to be used in the beginning stages to see if you enjoy the game, but if you plan on playing, be prepared to purchase your own gear. I always tell guys to AVOID beginner or starter gear. You will grow out of it and it will not withstand high school level play. I also tell guys that their is no need for the top of the line gear. Most lacrosse gear is similar. The important part is to find something that fits and works well for you.
How the team helps out:
Each year we make a team purchase of helmets to save players on costs. These are a limited number and sometimes sell out, so if you would like one it is best to inquire out that asap. You do not need to have a team helmet. The Manual helmet is a white shell with red visor and white chin piece. If you cannot find exactly that, it is required by KHSAA that all players on a team have the same colored shell (white for us).
